Attorney Blake E. Swanner
Our associate attorney, Blake E. Swanner, has been practicing at Bramble Law Firm since September 2025. However, she has been a longstanding member of our firm since May 2019. Blake is licensed to practice in all North Carolina state courts and serves the citizens of Beaufort, Martin, Washington, Tyrrell, and Hyde counties with integrity. She is known for building long-lasting relationships with her clients while maintaining a professional, goal-oriented focus.
Blake earned her J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2025. During law school, she was proudly the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Campbell Law Reporter Podcast and a member of Campbell Law Review from 2023 to 2025. Blake also holds a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Neuroscience from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
While attending Campbell Law School, Blake also utilized her passion in legal advocacy by interning at the North Carolina Court of Appeals in Judge Jeffery Carpenter’s Chambers from 2023 to 2025. There, she assisted and collaborated with a team of experienced law clerks to conduct legal research for criminal and civil cases on appeal. Additionally, she interned at the Blanchard Community Law Clinic in 2024 where she represented imprisoned clients in assisting them in ascertaining parole and establishing driver’s license eligibility.
When away from work, Blake enjoys boat riding, cheering on the New York Mets, and traveling. One of her favorite memories is studying abroad in Ghana where she had the opportunity to spend time with local attorneys and divulge in the country’s legal system with her colleagues.
